Mission Call

                                My husband Ross and I just received our two year mission call

                                        to the California Oakland/San Francisco Mission.

                          We enter the Missionary Training Center on January 2, 2023

                            with high school friends we haven't seen in 50 years.

at the Spanish Fork Pioneer Cemetery 

about the first settlers in this area

 and their courage and sacrifice for us.

 

These 7-8 year old girls are the future of our community.

If we don't tell them the stories of the people who came before us, who will?

                           Take a stroll through the cemetery, read the story boards, 

                                    try to imagine what their lives were like

                               as you admire the statue of a pioneer family,

                       then gaze out over the farm land and beautiful mountains 

                                                from this scenic vista.
